Machine rebooted possibly due to Flash pluggin (turned on earier to supress annoying popup on missing flash pluggin from most of cric sites). That ends 30 days of uptime.
Flashed Archos Jukebox (Recorder V2) with Rockbox firmware
Installing firmware

old firmware: 1.40
Copy old (archos) firmware (and also into HDD)
cp ajbrec.ajz System/ajbrec.ajz.old
Download firmware file:
rockbox-2.1-recorderv2.zip
Connect Archos to USB, mount and unzip the file in the root dir.
unmount jukebox, disconnect usb and power up. shoud start up with rockbox firmware from archos firmware
Flashing rockbox

Use flash_v2.zip
Unzip file in archos root (this puts in v2 dir)
cp v2/firmware_v2*bin .
F1->Debug->Hardware Info

Flash: M=BF, D=D6
ROM CRC: 0×222F V1
F1->Debug->Dump ROM Contents
Creates two files (‘ll see later)

(saved them in hdd in ~nram/rockbox)
Run F1->Plugging->Firmware Flash

Reboot to see if Rockbox flash & firmware starts.
