konqueror print problem – fixed

konqueror print problem got solved by itself. I like such problems.

Installed RealPlayer, Flash …

Installed RealPlayer, Flash & plugger. MusicIndiaOnline.com streams play well within the pop-up (unlike my Debian (hagar) that pops up RealPlayer afterwards with a message “no appropriate pluggin”). Cool.

Modifed lilo.conf to remove Windows boot option.

konqueror crashes with the following message when attempting to print:

ERROR: KExtendedSocket::connectionEvent() called but no data available

Tried exit from KDE & relogging

Tried dpkg-reconfigure kdeprint

Tried apt-get remove kdeprint & install

Tried reboot.

Tried 3.1.1 (instead of 3.1 in sources.list)

Nothing helped.
